Sportyum is a digital sports nutrition service designed to help users personalize their nutrition according to their body profile, sports activity, training schedule, goals and daily routines.
Using scientific models in sports nutrition, Sportyum estimates users’ energy needs and macronutrient requirements, including carbohydrates, proteins and fats, and turns them into personalized meal suggestions and menus adapted to each meal, training session and sports effort.
The service may allow users to:
- create a personal profile;
- enter body, sports, nutrition and lifestyle information;
- enter sports practiced, activity levels, performance metrics and goals;
- enter meal routines, sleep routines and training plans;
- save, track and manage foods and meals;
- enter foods and meals manually;
- scan foods, food products or meals;
- receive personalized energy and macronutrient estimations;
- receive personalized menus and meal suggestions;
- adapt nutrition recommendations to training sessions, sports efforts and body goals;
- monitor nutrition and training habits over time.
Sportyum may evolve over time. Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed.
3. Account creation
To use certain features of Sportyum, you may need to create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity carried out through your account.
You must inform Sportyum immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
4. User information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the Sportyum service, including your body data, sports data, nutrition data, meal history, training plans, lifestyle routines and goals.
Sportyum uses the information you provide to personalize the service, estimate your energy and macronutrient needs, generate meal suggestions and improve your user experience.
Some features may be limited or less accurate if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate or not up to date.
5. Nutrition, sport and health disclaimer
Sportyum uses scientific models in sports nutrition to estimate energy needs, macronutrient requirements and personalized meal suggestions based on the information provided by the user.
However, Sportyum does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
The recommendations, menus and nutritional information provided by Sportyum are generated for sports nutrition, personalization and informational purposes only. They should not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist, sports physician, sports coach or any other qualified professional.
Sportyum does not guarantee any specific health outcome, sports performance, body composition change, weight change or medical result.
Users should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to their diet, training, lifestyle or physical activity, especially if they have a medical condition, injury, allergy, eating disorder, pregnancy, or any specific health concern.
Users remain responsible for their food choices, training decisions and use of the Sportyum service.
6. Food and meal tracking
Sportyum may allow users to save, track, scan or manually enter foods, meals, portions and nutritional information.
The nutritional information provided by Sportyum may be based on user entries, food databases, product information, scans, estimations or third-party sources.
Sportyum does not guarantee that food identification, nutritional values, quantities, portions, calories or macronutrient estimations are always complete, accurate or up to date.
Users remain responsible for verifying food information, especially in case of allergies, intolerances, medical diets or specific dietary restrictions.
7. Training plans and sports information
Sportyum may allow users to enter training plans, sports activities, performance metrics and sports goals.
Any sports-related recommendation or information provided by Sportyum is based on the information entered by the user.
Sportyum does not guarantee any specific sports performance, progress, result or achievement.
Users are responsible for adapting their training to their own physical condition and should stop exercising and seek professional advice in case of pain, discomfort or health concern.
8. User obligations
When using Sportyum, you agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes;
- provide false, misleading or inaccurate information;
- access or attempt to access another user’s account;
- interfere with the security or proper functioning of the service;

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.
15. Suspension or termination
